I chose to use a macro lens and extension tubes to capture this image. It was a very beautiful two-toned rose.

- I enjoy all genres of photography. My work, past and present, includes traditional black and white silver gelatin images, hand made processes, such as, platinum and palladium contact prints, and digital color photography. Abstract images of flowers and waterfalls comprise the body of earlier posts. While I plan to continue shooting flowers and waterfalls in different ways, I have recently been working on traditional and textured portraits and some landscapes.
